The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489GLITX-V3AF or 489GLITXV3AF, mounts directly to an 8-bolt transmission opening on most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and Tremec applications. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission aperture, eliminating the adapter plate that would otherwise add a potential leak path. Intermittent torque capacity for the 489 Series runs 201-300 lb-ft (301-400 Nm), with shaft power rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round with key.
