The Chelsea 489KFAHX-A6XK or 489KFAHXA6XK is a 489 Series Power Take-Off assembly designed for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting aperture, including Eaton Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and Tremec applications. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission opening without an adapter plate, removing a potential leak path. The series carries an intermittent torque rating of 201-300 lb-ft (301-400 Nm), with a nominal figure of 250 lb-ft (check application pages for actual torque ratings for your installation). Shaft power output runs 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round configuration with key. Tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load capacity.
