The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489XCAHX-P3GB or 489XCAHXP3GB, mounts directly to an 8-bolt transmission opening on most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec units. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, removing a common leak path. Output is through a 1-1/4" round shaft with key, and this unit is configured for wire/cable mechanical shift. Shaft power for the 489 Series rates at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM, with an intermittent torque rating of 201-300 lb-ft.
