The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489XFITX-V3XY or 489XFITXV3XY, is a wire/cable mechanical-shift PTO built on an 8-bolt mounting pattern. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening on most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Volvo, Mack, and Tremec without requiring an adapter plate, which removes a potential leak path. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM or 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. The 1-1/4" round output shaft is available with a key.
