The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489XLAHX-V3GK or 489XLAHXV3GK, mounts directly to 8-bolt manual transmission openings from Eaton/Fuller, Mack, Tremec, and similar manufacturers without an adapter plate. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates an adapter plate leak path while delivering the same intermittent torque capacity as the 442 Series. Output shaft is a 1-1/4" round configuration with key option. Shift is accomplished via wire/cable mechanical linkage. Shaft power output reaches 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM, covering a wide range of vocational applications including utility trucks, dump trucks, and snow removal equipment.
