The Chelsea 489XLAHX-V3SQ or 489XLAHXV3SQ is an 8-bolt power take-off assembly from the Chelsea 489 Series, designed to mount directly to manual transmissions from Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec without an adapter plate. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the adapter plate leak path that older mounting styles require. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round with key. Intermittent torque for the 489 Series is 250 lb-ft (339 Nm); shaft power is rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
