The Chelsea 489XLITX-A3GB or 489XLITXA3GB is a 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly built for 8-bolt manual transmission openings on Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible transmissions. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission aperture without an adapter plate, removing a potential leak path. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. The 1-1/4" round output shaft accepts a key. Intermittent torque capacity for the 489 Series is 201-300 lb-ft (301-400 Nm); shaft power is rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
