The Chelsea 489XQITX-W3XK or 489XQITXW3XK is a 489 Series Power Take-Off assembly built for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO opening, including Eaton Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and Tremec applications. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission without an adapter plate, removing a potential leak path. This unit uses a wire/cable mechanical shift and delivers up to 48 HP at 1,000 RPM (24 HP at 500 RPM). Output shaft is a 1-1/4" round configuration with key. Intermittent torque rating for the 489 Series is 250 lb-ft (339 Nm); check application pages to confirm the actual torque rating for your specific installation.
