The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489XRAHX-A3GQ or 489XRAHXA3GQ, is a wire/cable mechanical shift PTO built for 8-bolt manual transmission openings on Eaton Fuller, Volvo, Mack, and other compatible transmissions. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Output shaft is a 1-1/4" round with key. Intermittent torque rating for the 489 Series is 201-300 lb-ft (301-400 Nm), with shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Internal parts are common to the Chelsea 442 Series.
