The Chelsea 489 Series PTO 489XSAHX-W3XL or 489XSAHXW3XL is a wire/cable mechanical shift power take-off built for 8-bolt manual transmission openings on Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible transmissions. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt aperture without an adapter plate, which removes a potential leak path. Output shaft is a 1-1/4" round with key. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1000 RPM. Internal parts are common to the Chelsea 442 Series.
