The Chelsea 489XSDBX-A3XK or 489XSDBXA3XK is a Series 489 power take-off assembly designed for Eaton/Fuller, Volvo, and Mack transmissions, as well as select other applications. It uses an 8-bolt mounting pattern and an air shift mechanism, with an output rating of 250 lb-ft intermittent torque (339 Nm). The output is an SAE B 2 or 4-bolt flange with a 7/8" 13-tooth SAE B shaft. Shaft power runs 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
