The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489XUITX-A3XK or 489XUITXA3XK, is a wire/cable mechanical shift PTO designed for 8-bolt manual transmission openings on Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible transmissions. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission without an adapter plate, reducing potential leak paths. The 489 Series delivers an intermittent torque rating of 201-300 lb-ft and output power of 46-55 HP, with shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. The 1-1/4" round output shaft with key accommodates a wide range of pump and accessory configurations. Internal components are common to the Chelsea 442 Series.
