The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489ZFAHX-A3XD or 489ZFAHXA3XD, is an air-shift PTO designed for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt mounting aperture, including Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and Tremec applications. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission opening without an adapter plate, eliminating a potential leak path while delivering the same 250 lb-ft intermittent torque capacity as the Chelsea 442 Series. Output is through a 1-1/4" round shaft with key. Shaft power rates at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. An electric-over-air shift option is available within the series.
