The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off 489ZFDAX-A5AZ or 489ZFDAXA5AZ is a wire/cable mechanical shift PTO built for 8-bolt manual transmission openings from Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible transmission manufacturers. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission's 8-bolt aperture, eliminating the adapter plate and its associated leak path. Output is via a 1-1/4" round shaft with key, rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Intermittent torque capacity for the 489 Series is 250 lb-ft (339 Nm).
