The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489ZFDAX-A6XK or 489ZFDAXA6XK, is an 8-bolt PTO designed for manual transmissions including Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and Tremec applications. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Output shaft is a 1-1/4" round with key. Shift is wire/cable mechanical. The 489 Series delivers the same intermittent torque capacity as the 442 Series at 250 lb-ft, with shaft power rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
