The Chelsea 823 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 823GGAHX-A3AC or 823GGAHXA3AC, is an extra heavy-duty PTO built for high-torque applications including oil field equipment, logging machinery, and pumper/cleaner trucks. It mounts via an 8-bolt pattern and fits manual and automatic transmissions from Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, Allison, and other manufacturers. The lever/mechanical shift operates through a cast iron housing with tapered cone bearings on the output shaft for strong load-bearing capability. The output shaft is a 1-1/2" - 10-tooth spline with a 1410 Series companion flange. Intermittent torque rating reaches 500 lb-ft (678 Nm); shaft power is rated at 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1000 RPM. Direct mount pump outputs are supported.
