The Chelsea 823 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 823XBAKP-A4XV or 823XBAKPA4XV, is an extra heavy-duty PTO engineered for high-torque applications including oil field, logging, and pumper cleaner trucks. It mounts via an 8-bolt aperture and is compatible with Allison, Eaton/Fuller, and Volvo/Mack transmissions, among others. The lever/mechanical shift unit delivers up to 500 lb-ft (678 Nm) intermittent torque, with shaft power of 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1000 RPM. The output shaft is a 1-1/2"-10T spline with a 1410 Series companion flange. The cast iron housing features tapered cone bearings on the output shaft for strong load-bearing capability.
