The Chelsea 823 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 823XBAKP-M4XV or 823XBAKPM4XV, is an extra heavy-duty PTO built for demanding applications including oil field, logging, pumper cleaner trucks, and mining. It mounts via an 8-bolt pattern and is compatible with Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, Allison, and other transmission manufacturers. The mechanical lever shift delivers up to 500 lb-ft intermittent torque (678 Nm). The 1-1/2" 10-tooth spline output shaft comes standard with a 1410 Series companion flange. Shaft power ratings are 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1,000 RPM. The cast iron housing features tapered cone bearings on the output shaft for greater load-bearing capability.
