The Chelsea 823 Series Power Take-Off, part number 823XMAHX-V3GS or 823XMAHXV3GS, is an extra heavy-duty 8-bolt PTO built for high-torque demands in oil field, logging, mining, and pumper/cleaner truck applications. It uses a lever/mechanical shift and delivers up to 500 lb-ft (678 Nm) intermittent torque, with shaft power rated at 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1,000 RPM. The output shaft is a 1-1/2 in. 10-spline with a 1410 series companion flange. The 823 Series fits transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO aperture, compatible with Eaton/Fuller, Allison, Volvo/Mack, and other manufacturers.
