The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off, part number 871XBFJP-B5RS or 871XBFJPB5RS, is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) PTO designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series carries a continuous torque rating of up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous-duty work, making it a practical choice for fire and rescue apparatus, truck cranes, pumper cleaners, and refuse vehicles. Nine gear ratios cover a wide speed range, and thirteen output configurations include SAE B, SAE BB, and SAE C pump spline options as well as companion flange and DIN flange outputs. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap reduces vibration-related wear.
