The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off, part number 871XBFJP-D5AB or 871XBFJPD5AB, is a 10-bolt hydraulic PowerShift PTO designed for Allison-transmission applications. The 871 Series replaces the earlier 870 Series and carries a continuous torque rating of up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous duty. Its ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load while reducing the vibrational effects of modern engine designs. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options cover a wide range of hydraulic system requirements. The 871 Series is the only Chelsea PTO to offer all three of Chelsea's specialized solutions: Wet Spline, SmartStart, and Quiet Gear.
