The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off, part number 871XCFJP-B5RF or 871XCFJPB5RF, is a 10-bolt hydraulic PowerShift PTO designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series carries a continuous torque rating of up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous-duty operation. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options give installers broad flexibility across fire and rescue, refuse, pumper/cleaner, and truck crane applications. A ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than gray iron, combined with an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap, directly addresses the vibrational loads imposed by modern engine designs. Optional Wet Spline pump flange, SmartStart shock-load reduction, and Quiet Gear input round out the feature set.
