The Chelsea 890 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 890CEFJW-B3CZ or 890CEFJWB3CZ, is a hydraulic PowerShift PTO engineered specifically for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. The 890 Series mounts at the side of the transmission with a 10-bolt pattern and positions the SAE C output flange toward the rear of the transmission, giving hydraulic pumps improved clearance between the PTO and the frame rail. The one-piece main shaft eliminates input splines between the PTO body and the output extension, reducing wear points. Wet Spline lubrication technology protects the output shaft and mating pump shaft under continuous, demanding duty. Continuous torque rating reaches 670 ft-lb; intermittent torque is rated at 501+ ft-lb. Shaft power output is 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1,000 RPM.
