The Chelsea 890 Series Power Take-Off, part number 890LFFJW-K5XK or 890LFFJWK5XK, is a hydraulic hot-shift PTO engineered specifically for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. It uses a 10-bolt mounting configuration and delivers an SAE C ("XS") output shaft with Wet Spline lubrication to extend pump spline life in demanding service. The 890 Series relocates the pump mounting flange to the rear of the transmission, tucking the housing tightly against the frame rail and giving the pump output meaningful clearance without a separate extension unit. The main shaft is one piece, eliminating the input splines between PTO and output extension. Continuous torque rating reaches 670 lb-ft; intermittent torque is rated at 501+ lb-ft.
