The Chelsea 890RCFJW-B5XK or 890RCFJWB5XK is a hydraulic PowerShift PTO assembly built specifically for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. The 890 Series mounts via a 10-bolt pattern and positions the pump flange at the rear of the transmission, creating better clearance between the PTO and the frame rail. A one-piece main shaft eliminates the input splines found in conventional PTO-plus-extension setups, and the clutch is located at the rear of the housing so the gear section sits tight to the transmission. The SAE C output shaft uses Wet Spline Technology to extend pump shaft life in demanding service. Continuous-duty torque is rated up to 670 ft-lbs, with shaft power of 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1,000 RPM.
