Fabco clutch cap 12542268 is a genuine Fabco component ordered by that number and no other. Caps across a clutch family tend to look alike across a parts bin, and the number cast or stamped on the one you pulled is what separates them, so it pays to read it rather than match by shape. Pro Gear and Transmission sells the 12542268 under its own Fabco part number. Working from a teardown or an old parts list? Call us with the number in front of you and we will confirm this is the right cap for your assembly.
