The 233-0394 Fabco Meritor bearing cup is the outer race half of a tapered roller set in the TC 142-PD transfer case. Our factory parts list carries it twice in the lower shaft group, as item 203 and again as item 402, two per assembly each time, and both times it sits directly alongside the matching bearing cone that runs inside it. On the lower shaft exploded view the pairs are drawn straddling the carrier stack, cup pressed into the bore and cone riding on the shaft. Replacing a cup without its mating cone is rarely worth it, so plan the job around the pair. Sold by Pro Gear and Transmission.
