Fabco oil seal 12577834 is a genuine Fabco seal, and it belongs on the list any time the assembly it serves comes apart. A lip seal that has been disturbed will not reseat the way it sat before, so reusing one to save a few dollars is how a clean rebuild ends up marking its spot on the shop floor a week later. Buy the 12577834 by its Fabco number rather than by a measured size. Pro Gear and Transmission sells it as a genuine Fabco part, and we will gladly confirm the number with you first.
