68327075 Meritor Actuator Assembly is a genuine Meritor air brake component with a spring brake chamber type, listed under VMRS code 013-013-000. Spring brake actuators of this kind supply the air-driven force that applies the service brake, plus the spring force that holds the vehicle stationary when parked or in an emergency. Watch for a damaged or missing breather cap, which lets moisture and grit in and corrodes the power spring, and for loose or missing mounting nuts. Sold by Pro Gear and Transmission.
