S449-525-183-0 or S4495251830 is a genuine Meritor ABS modulator extension cable, 6 ft (1.83 m) long. It is a 3 pole cable with a brass nut M24 connector, male to female, so it adds reach between the modulator valve and the wiring that serves it. In general, a modulator cable links the valve to the vehicle wiring so the valve can receive its electrical control signals for the anti-lock system. Check the connector style against your modulator before ordering, or call Pro Gear and Transmission to confirm proper fit.
