It is a tubular center bar arm, 21 in. center-to-center, with hollow rubber bushings at both ends: a 1 in. bolt hole at the hanger end and a 7/8 in. bolt hole at the axle end. A rigid torque arm resists axle twist under drive and braking loads and keeps the axle located in line.
