The Midland Haldex 41210026 Consep is a condenser/separator designed to strip oil, liquid, and other contaminants from compressed air before they reach downstream air system components. It mounts vertically and purges contaminants with every brake application, protecting valves, chambers, and ABS components from corrosion-related failures. The unit operates up to 290 PSI maximum pressure and accepts inlet air from -40°F to 175°F. Drain capacity is 1.3cc per purge at 116 PSI through a 1/2"-14 NPTF outlet port. The 12-volt heater draws 1 amp, preventing freeze-up in cold-weather operation. The Consep can also be installed as a stand-alone unit and substantially extends desiccant life in paired air dryers.
