The Midland Haldex 90554897 is a Type CR Controlled Response Height Control Valve designed for air suspension systems on heavy-duty trucks and trailers. All ports are 1/8" NPT, and the valve ships with one 1/4" fitting. The CR design releases air from the air springs to lower the unit, making loading and unloading easier and safer at the dock. The suspension dump control can be operated from the cab or plumbed to activate automatically when the emergency brake is set. No dump valve is included with this part.
