The Muncie A20-A1005-HX3IIPX or A20A1005HX3IIPX is a 10-bolt clutch shift power takeoff designed for Allison transmissions. The shift cover rotates a full 360 degrees, and the pump flange is rotatable as well, giving installers flexibility to orient the unit to the application. Increased clearance simplifies installation, and extended-length PTO mounting fasteners are included. Tapered roller bearings extend service life, and the increased output shaft diameter improves durability at the output end. The gear design is optimized to reduce operating noise, and reduced leak paths keep fluid where it belongs. Three housing arrangements are available, and the unit is compatible with the EX Drive shaft extension. A single intermittent/continuous torque rating applies across the speed range.
