The Muncie A20-A1007-HX3TAPX or A20A1007HX3TAPX is a medium-duty, 10-bolt clutch shift power take-off engineered specifically for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions. The shift cover rotates a full 360 degrees and the pump flange is fully rotatable, giving installers flexibility in tight mounting situations. Increased housing clearance simplifies installation, while extended-length PTO mounting fasteners and a larger-diameter output shaft address the durability demands of continuous-duty hydraulic applications. Tapered roller bearings extend service life, and the gear set is optimized to minimize operating noise. The A20 Series carries a single intermittent/continuous torque rating and is available in three housing arrangements, with compatibility for the EX Drive shaft extension.
