The Muncie A20-A1008-HX1CB or A20A1008HX1CB is a medium-duty, 10-bolt clutch shift power take-off from Muncie's A20 Series, designed specifically for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions. The shift cover rotates a full 360 degrees for flexible installation, and the pump flange is rotatable to suit a wide range of hydraulic configurations. Three housing arrangements are available within the series. Tapered roller bearings extend PTO service life, and the increased output shaft diameter adds durability under load. The clutch pack design carries a single intermittent/continuous torque rating, and the gear set is optimized to minimize operating noise. Extended-length PTO mounting fasteners and compatibility with the EX Drive shaft extension round out the installation options.
