The Muncie A20-A1008-HX3CB or A20A1008HX3CB is a medium-duty, clutch shift power take-off designed for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions. The A20 Series mounts via a 10-bolt pattern and features a rotatable pump flange with a shift cover that rotates a full 360 degrees, giving installers real flexibility in tight engine compartments. Tapered roller bearings extend PTO service life, and an enlarged output shaft diameter handles demanding continuous-duty cycles. The proven clutch pack carries a single intermittent/continuous torque rating across speed ratios from 5 through 15, with intermittent/continuous torque ratings reaching 400 ft-lb (542 Nm) at the lower ratios.
