The Muncie A20-A1008-HX3X4PX or A20A1008HX3X4PX is a medium-duty, 10-bolt clutch shift power take-off engineered for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions. The A20 Series uses a proven clutch pack design with tapered roller bearings to extend service life, and the shift cover rotates a full 360 degrees for flexible installation. The pump flange is also rotatable, and increased output shaft diameter adds durability at the wheel end. Three housing arrangements are available, extended-length PTO mounting fasteners are included, and the unit is compatible with the EX Drive shaft extension. Gear geometry is optimized to reduce operating noise, and reduced leak paths keep the installation clean.
