The Muncie A20-A1010-HX5X4BX or A20A1010HX5X4BX is a medium-duty, 10-bolt clutch shift power take-off designed specifically for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions. The A20 Series mounts with extended-length PTO fasteners and offers three housing arrangements, giving installers real flexibility when fitting the unit in tight engine compartments. A rotatable pump flange and shift cover with 360-degree rotation reduce installation time and simplify plumbing alignment. Tapered roller bearings and an increased-diameter output shaft are built in to extend service life, while the maximized gear profile keeps operating noise down. The unit accepts the Muncie EX Drive shaft extension and carries a single intermittent/continuous torque rating across the speed range.
