The Muncie A20-A1008-HX5X4BX or A20A1008HX5X4BX is a medium-duty, 10-bolt clutch shift power take-off designed for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions. The A20 Series uses a proven clutch pack with tapered roller bearings to extend PTO service life, and a maximized gear design to reduce operating noise. The shift cover rotates 360 degrees, giving technicians flexibility during installation, while increased housing clearances simplify the mount-up. The pump flange is fully rotatable, and reduced leak paths keep the unit cleaner in service. Three housing arrangements are available, and the unit accepts the EX Drive shaft extension.
