The Muncie A20-A1012-HX31XPX or A20A1012HX31XPX is a 10-bolt clutch shift power takeoff built for Allison 3000 and 4000 series transmissions. The shift cover rotates a full 360 degrees, giving installers flexibility in tight engine bays, and the rotatable pump flange reduces plumbing constraints. Tapered roller bearings extend service life, and the enlarged output shaft diameter adds durability under sustained hydraulic loads. Three housing arrangements are available, and the unit is compatible with the EX Drive shaft extension. Reduced leak paths and a maximized gear profile keep noise low in cab. A single intermittent/continuous torque rating simplifies spec selection. Extended-length PTO mounting fasteners and increased installation clearance are included.
