The Muncie A20-A1012-HX3X4PX-E1 or A20A1012HX3X4PXE1 is a 10-bolt clutch shift power takeoff designed for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions. The shift cover rotates 360 degrees and the pump flange is rotatable, giving installers flexibility in tight engine compartments. Increased clearance over earlier designs simplifies installation, while extended-length mounting fasteners and three available housing arrangements accommodate a range of chassis configurations. The output shaft diameter has been increased for added durability, tapered roller bearings extend service life, and a maximized gear design keeps operating noise down.
