The Muncie 48TK6557 is a clamp bracket for the EX Drive shaft extension system, designed to support direct-mount pump installations on Allison 3000 and 4000 series transmissions equipped with a retarder or rear-mounted cooler. The EX Drive system eliminates the need for a separate driveline installation by allowing large gear or piston pumps to mount directly to the PTO. The bracket is part of the three-piece shaft assembly used across the EX Drive line, which is compatible with Muncie A20, A30, A40, A50, and CS40/41 PTO families.
