The Muncie Hydrocar PTO, part number RS6S-P86MM-A1CX or RS6SP86MMA1CX, is a rear-mounted power take-off from Muncie Power Products' RS6S series. This series is engineered for Detroit DT12 transmissions in Freightliner and Western Star Class 8 Cascadia and 5700 trucks. The solenoid-activated mechanical shift design takes advantage of the full torque capacity of the transmission, and the output configuration supports larger pumps without additional support brackets, subject to a bending moment limit of 29.5 ft.lb. max.
