The Muncie 82 Series Power Take-Off, part number 828B-U6809-D1PX or 828BU6809D1PX, is built for high-torque, heavy-duty truck applications. It delivers up to 500 lb.ft. intermittent torque and 95 H.P. at 1,000 RPM at speed ratio 05, making it capable of driving high-volume hydraulic pumps and high-CFM blowers. Engagement and disengagement are handled by a double-acting air shift for positive control in both directions. The cast iron housing supports seven direct-mount pump options, including S.A.E. "B," "BB," "C," and "D" flanges plus DIN 5462 mounts, with rotatable flanges to maximize pump clearance. Two companion flange output types cover remote pump and mechanical drive setups.
