The Muncie 828B-U6812-V1EX or 828BU6812V1EX is a heavy-duty power take-off from the Muncie 82 Series, built for high-torque applications including high-volume hydraulic pumps and high-CFM blowers. It features a double-acting air shift for positive engagement and disengagement, and a cast iron housing. The 82 Series supports eight speed ratios and nine output shaft options, with peak intermittent ratings reaching 500 lb.ft. of torque and 95 H.P. at 1,000 RPM at speed ratio 05. Two companion flange output types accommodate remote pump and mechanical drive configurations. Direct-mount pump flanges are rotatable, giving installers flexibility to position the pump for maximum clearance in tight installations. Seven direct-mount pump pad options cover S.A.E.
