The Muncie 828F-E8008-S1PX or 828FE8008S1PX is a heavy-duty 82 Series power take-off designed for high-torque commercial truck applications. The 82 Series carries up to 500 lb.ft. intermittent torque and 95 HP at 1,000 RPM, making it capable of driving high-volume hydraulic pumps and high-CFM blowers. Shift actuation is double-acting air shift for positive engagement and disengagement. The cast iron housing supports two companion flange output types, nine output shaft options, and seven direct-mount pump configurations including SAE B, BB, C, and D flanges plus DIN 5462 mounts. Rotatable direct-mount flanges allow the pump to be positioned for maximum clearance in tight installations. Eight speed ratios and two assembly arrangements give installers meaningful flexibility.
