The Muncie 82 Series power takeoff, part number 828R-U6815-B3EG or 828RU6815B3EG, is a cast iron PTO built for high-demand applications such as high-volume pumps and high-CFM blowers. Double-acting air shift delivers positive engagement and disengagement. Peak intermittent torque reaches 500 lb-ft at ratio code 05, with 95 HP at 1,000 RPM; continuous torque at that ratio is 350 lb-ft. Eight speed ratio options and nine output shaft configurations are available. Seven direct-mount pump flange options include SAE "B," "BB," "C," and "D" as well as DIN 5462 mounts. Rotatable direct-mount flanges allow the pump to be positioned for maximum clearance. Two companion flange output types support remote pump and mechanical drive setups.
