The Muncie 82 Series Power Take-Off, part number 828S-KIT08-Q1EX or 828SKIT08Q1EX, is engineered for high-torque, heavy-duty truck applications. This unit uses a double-acting air shift for positive engagement and disengagement under load. The cast iron housing supports up to 500 lb.ft. intermittent torque and 95 H.P. at 1,000 RPM at the most favorable speed ratio, making it capable of driving high-volume hydraulic pumps and high-CFM blowers. Seven direct mount pump options cover S.A.E. "B," "BB," "C," and "D" flanges plus DIN 5462 mounts. Rotatable direct mount flanges let you position the pump for maximum clearance in tight installations. Eight speed ratios and nine output shaft options give this series broad application flexibility.
