The Muncie 828S-KIT08-Q3IX or 828SKIT08Q3IX is a heavy-duty power take-off from the Muncie 82 Series, built for high-torque applications including high-volume hydraulic pumps and high-CFM blowers. The 82 Series carries up to 500 lb.ft. intermittent torque and 95 H.P. at 1,000 RPM at its highest speed ratio. A double-acting air shift provides positive engagement and disengagement. The cast iron housing supports 9 output shaft options and 7 direct-mount pump flange configurations covering S.A.E. "B," "BB," "C," and "D" as well as DIN 5462 mounts. Rotatable direct-mount flanges allow pump positioning for maximum clearance. Two companion flange output types cover both remote pump and mechanical drive setups.
